We had an amazing ski stay in this hotel. The room was deluxe and exceptionally clean with a modern alpine-charm. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The staff were extremely helpful and recommended some great nearby restaurants. The location was fantastic, close to the ski bus stop and within 5 minutes to the ski lift.
There was nothing we didn't like.

This hotel is a hidden gem! the prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of accommodation provided. Secondly, the attention to detail is outstanding - the rooms are clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with modern style equipment. Lastly, the location is unbeatable, right in the center of Santa Cristina town and conveniently located on the hiking trails.
No negative aspect to mention, everything was perfect!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the ski lifts with regular ski buses up to the lift area. It's also a short walk to the center of the town, where we enjoyed some lovely evening walks and visited some restaurants. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom and nice amenities.
Some guests complained about the temperature of the rooms being too cold.
